Angelo Wants to Paint

So this morning I am dropping off Angelo
We are screaming Yoya, because we can't find her
and abuela says she is in the backyard
so I open the sliding door and we are screaming Yoya again at the top of our lungs
and I hear my mom screaming, "don't let him come out because then he is going to want to paint!"
It was too late, Angelo already saw that she is painting and he is running over to her asking if he can paint.
We all go inside and she has to give him a brush because she is trying to distract him from painting...with a paintbrush....
I tell her "why paint in the morning, knowing that we are going to be here, knowing that you do not want him to see?"
She is frustrated and mad at me, like its my fault, so I make the situation better by saying "Papi, you should paint the whole house."
So me and mom are arguing and Angelo just says "Yoya, Yoya" over and over a thousand times to get her attention.
She finally asks him what he wants, and he says "Yoya, can I paint the whole house?"
All I hear is "Ya vez! Ya vez!"
