Hola Eva, 

Your little personality shines through more and more everyday.  Even your mom says that you are stronger at one year old than she was at 10.  But you have your cute, rebellious, and silly moments. 

I don't exactly remember what happened a few days ago, but you were angry and crying.  

You saw Angelo's sock on the floor, picked it up, and wiped your tears away.  

It was very cute...and funny.

Laura:  Do you want that vacuum?
Angelo:  Yes.
Laura:  Then you better start singing little boy.


Laura:  Time to go to bed.
Angelo:  Chingas.


Angelo:  You can come to Daddy’s house for bubbles.  You, Fire Engine at the Blue House, my house, Daddy, Babe, Mommy, Rick and Sandy, Papo, Yoya, and that’s it.

This month you graduated from your first year of Headstart.  You continue to grow bigger, get faster, and smarter, and you are still someone who is very much in touch with your emotional side.  Daddy is also someone in touch with his emotional side, and honestly, it is not a bad thing.  It makes you fight harder than anyone else.

You graduated from Headstart, and everyone received an award, and you received "The Most Tenderheart."

Dear Angelo,

It actually makes me sad to think that I am doing what my dad did.  I work a little too much, my health isn't the best, sometimes I'm cleaning the house and I'm tired, and I find I don't play with you as much as I would truly want to. 

Sometimes the TV has to keep you company, sometimes you just have to play with your toys by yourself.  And it makes me feel a little worse. 

Today was one of those busy days, and  you are playing with your toys while I clean the kitchen and the house.  I hear you talking to yourself, "and we are going to play, and you and Angelo, and Daddy." 

Today is one of those days I cry because you make me so happy.
